Jodie Fleming is a Clinical and Health Psychologist with over two decades of experience walking alongside people through life’s most meaningful transitions—grief, burnout, identity shifts, and post-traumatic growth. As a co-founder of Being Well Collective, Jodie brings her deep knowledge of Positive Psychology, emotional wellbeing, and human connection to her work with individuals, groups, and organisations. Her facilitation style blends warmth, wisdom, and humour, helping people reconnect with what matters most and lead with intention, clarity, and compassion.
Eve Drew is a health professional, wellbeing consultant, and business strategist with 20+ years of experience spanning healthcare, leadership, and workplace culture. With a strong foundation in Positive Psychology and Business Psychology, Eve partners with organisations to cultivate emotionally intelligent leadership, psychologically safe teams, and sustainable success. Her approach is thoughtful, human-centred, and grounded in the belief that when we lead well, we live—and work—well.
