Hello & Welcome to Being Well Collective

Ā

We’re Eve Drew and Dr Jodie Fleming—co-founders of Being Well Collective.

What we don’t share in common isn’t worth mentioning.
We both grew up in South West Victoria—driven, values-led, and fuelled by a desire to help others. Healthcare was our first calling, and between us, we’ve spent nearly six decades supporting individuals, teams, and communities through the many challenges and demands of modern life.

Like many in our field, we’ve worked hard to find the elusive balance between ambition, care, and personal wellbeing. And after years of giving so much of ourselves, we began to ask: how do we continue to show up for others without losing ourselves in the process?

That question sparked a conversation—on a retreat in Bali, back in 2019—and it planted the seed for what would become Being Well Collective. We both knew there had to be a more sustainable, human way of working, leading, and living.

Since then, we’ve brought our strengths together to build something meaningful.

Eve brings extensive experience in business, leadership, and organisational culture, and is currently completing her Master’s in Business Psychology.

Jodie is a Clinical and Health Psychologist with a strong background in mental health & wellbeing, resilience, and behaviour change.

We’re both qualified Positive Psychology Practitioners, and together we design and deliver workplace wellbeing programs that are evidence-based, practical, and deeply human.

Our work is grounded in a shared curiosity:

How can we build thriving individuals, organisations & communities where humans truly flourish?

We’re so proud of what we’ve created—and we can’t wait to welcome you into the Being Well Collective story.

Meet Dr Jodie Fleming

Ā

Hello there,Ā I’m Jodie and for the past 20 years or so, I have worked as a clinical & health psychologist, walking alongside people through life’s big transitions—grief, growth, burnout, identity shifts, and everything in between. I'm super passionate about my clinical roles,Ā but as many of us who’ve reached a certain age, I’ve lived a full life—complete with its fair share of joys, curveballs, and hard-earned wisdom.

These experiences have given me a profound respect for the therapeutic process and the incredible courage it takes to seek support and embrace change. But it's been through those sameĀ experiences that IĀ learned there's so much more to human flourishing than focussing on what is going wrong. Enter Positive Psychology.

At Being Well Collective, I bringĀ a wholehearted philosophy to the work we do—helping individuals and groups move from surviving to thriving, using evidence-based tools and positive psychology principles. Whether we're running a retreat, speaking to a room full of leaders, or supporting someone one-on-one, our aim is always the same: to help people reconnect with what matters most and move forward with more ease, clarity and intention utilising their innate strengths and values.

My work is grounded in compassion, humour, and a love of learning that I’ll never grow out of.

Outside of work, I’m usually found pottering in the garden, spending time with my dog and my favourite humans, or dreaming up my next travel adventure.

Meet Eve Drew

Ā

Hi, I’m Eve, a health professional, workplace wellbeing consultant, and business strategist with over two decades of experience across healthcare, business, and leadership.

Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, built businesses, and supported others through both growth and challenge. But like many people in care-focused roles, I reached a point where the demands of leading, delivering, and constantly ā€˜doing’ left me depleted. That experience sparked a deep personal and professional shift—one that now underpins the work I do every day.

I’ve learned that sustainable success, for individuals, teams, and organisations, starts with how we lead, how we show up, and how we care for our people.

With post-graduate qualifications in Positive Psychology and ongoing study in a Master of Business Psychology, I now work alongside organisations to help create cultures where people feel safe, seen, and supported. I’m passionate about helping leaders grow emotional intelligence, shape human-centred systems, and build environments where people, and performance, can truly thrive.

I’m passionate about creating meaningful wellbeing experiences, whether through retreats, workshops, or workplace programs, that support people to feel valued, connected, and well. Because when we put people first, everything else begins to flourish.
