The Positive Leader Program is an in-person leadership development program for human-centred leaders who want to lead with purpose, empower their teams and optimise their own wellbeing.
Grounded in the rich research from the field of positive psychology and emotional intelligence, this immersive experience blends guided reflection, practical tools and real connection to help leaders grow in a way that’s both meaningful and sustainable.
Three full-day workshops held over three months, is carefully designed for each session to builds on the last—giving you time to integrate the learning, try new approaches and return with insights, questions and support from a like-minded community.

DAY 1: LEADING WITH PURPOSE
- Explore your authentic leadership style
- Identify your core values and leadership mission
- Connect to your “why” and align it with how you lead
Outcome: Greater clarity, intentionality, and alignment in how you show up as a leader

DAY 2: LEADING WITH STRENGTHS AND CONNECTION
- Discover and utilise your character strengths
- Become a strengths spotter for others
- Learn how to foster trust and build strong, connected teams
- Practice positive communication and relational leadership
Outcome: Stronger team dynamics, confidence in strengths-based leadership, improved relationships

DAY 3: LEADING WITH WELLBEING
- Understand the science of flourishing and leadership burnout
- Explore emotional regulation, boundaries, and recovery
- Design your personal leadership wellbeing plan
Outcome: Sustainable leadership strategies and greater capacity to care for others without depleting yourself
Meet Your Facilitators:

Dr Jodie Fleming is a Clinical and Health Psychologist with over two decades of experience walking alongside people through life’s most meaningful transitions—grief, burnout, identity shifts, and post-traumatic growth. As a co-founder of Being Well Collective, Jodie brings her deep knowledge of Positive Psychology, emotional wellbeing, and human connection to her work with individuals, groups, and organisations. Her facilitation style blends warmth, wisdom, and humour, helping people reconnect with what matters most and lead with intention, clarity, and compassion.
Eve Drew is a health professional, wellbeing consultant, and business strategist with 20+ years of experience spanning healthcare, leadership, and workplace culture. With a strong foundation in Positive Psychology and Business Psychology, Eve partners with organisations to cultivate emotionally intelligent leadership, psychologically safe teams, and sustainable success. Her approach is thoughtful, human-centred, and grounded in the belief that when we lead well, we live—and work—well.
Together, Jodie and Eve bring a unique blend of lived experience, evidence-based practice, and their X-Factor - the human side of business & leadership - to supporting leaders to grow with purpose, connection, and care.
